Get this for April's fool!

Fatal Error is a small but extremely nasty joke program that simulates an error on the user's computer. When run it tells the user that their system has become unstable. It then offers the startled user three choices: 'abort', 'retry' or 'ignore'. Each of these choices displays one of three equally frightening messages: 'erase all data on C:', 'format C:' or 'delete OS'.

Fatal Error won't scare the more experienced user, but it will give novice users a fright. It supports a graphical user interface designed for Windows 95, 98, 2000 and NT.
