TotalPay has been designed with the aim of saving you money. It will calculate your complete wages bill, and can even be used by accountants for calculating client payrolls.

Every aspect of wages that you can think of is dealt with here - it will calculate pension, tax and National Insurance details, and print payslips, P60s and various bank documents. It can even show you exactly what needs to be paid to the Inland Revenue.

TotalPay works with both those who are paid weekly and monthly, whether salaried or hourly paid. For those paid hourly, TotalPay can store a basic rate and three overtime rates. Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay are fully supported.
