Norton Internet Security 2008

Love it or hate it, Norton Internet Security is tried-and-tested software that’s used by millions of users worldwide, often pre-installed on a new PC. It’s a complete suite of security software, consisting of the software-based tools you’ll require to safeguard your computer whilst you browse the Internet. These tools include an anti-virus client, anti-spyware, firewall , anti-spam and more.

This is the official release of the forthcoming Norton Internet Security 2008. The latest version includes new SONAR technology which will pro-actively safeguard your computer from possible virus attack, even if an anti-virus definition has yet to be developed. It looks for similarities, traits and other components of a possible virus and warns you that your system is about to be infected by a possible Trojan or other malicious software.

There are numerous other new features, including support for storing your online passwords that will automatically be inserted in to web forms, to avoid any possible keylogging attempt on your system.

Note that this trial time-limited and will work for 15 days from installation. It also contains a 3-PC license.
