This is a bonus pack for Windows Media Player users with the latest operating system, Windows XP.
Similar to previous Media Player bonus packs, this has familiar content designed to enhance your audio experience with Windows Media Player. Included are the following items: Plus! MP2 Audio Converter LE, PowerToys, Visualisations, Skins and a Movie Maker Creativity Kit.
There are over 12 PowerToys in this bonus pack, each of which is designed to enhance your Media Player experience. Examples are the MPXP Tray Control, the Playlist Import to Excel utility and the Media Library Metadata Update wizard.
The visualisations and skins are many and varied, with something for all tastes included.
Of more interest are the Windows Movie Maker Creativity Kit and the Plus! MP3 Audio Converter LE. The latter is a feature from the Windows XP Plus! Pack, and allows you to convert your MP3s into the Windows Media Audio format which is smaller than MP3 and, arguably, of superior quality.
The Movie Maker kit is basically a vast collection of sound effects, music loops, clips, title videos and images with which you can spice up your home video clips.
