PopMessenger

A simple-to-use instant messaging (IM) solution for businesses that has a similar look and feel to popular consumer IM programs such as ICQ.

The application sits in your system tray, popping up to display a message whenever one is sent.

Messages can be sent to individuals or groups, regardless of whether users are online or not. When an offline user goes online, any offline messages will be delivered immediately.

The usual formatting options are available, including font, font colour, background colour etc.

Unlike consumer IMs, every message you send or receive is logged complete with a date and time stamp. This can be very handy, particularly for group messages.

An Auto Answer feature sends a response to messages when you are away from your desk. Alternatively, you can change your online status to 'away', 'do not disturb' or 'offline'.
