Improved productivity can have a positive effect on how your perceived within your work environment. We tend to do the same tasks over and over, each day. Every job is routine, even though we do not always realise. It’s easy to become repetitive, but then the repetition somehow can slow down our productivity.

A way around this scenario is to use an automation tool. This would enable you to turn routine tasks in to automated processes. For instance, if you’re work requires you to reply to a number of emails in a particular manner, you could simply copy and paste text in to an email and reply. However, you could also automate the process, setting up a task that is mimicked when you press a key combination.

RoboTask is a tool that you can use to automate your work. It will enable you to record key and user-interface action and then playback the same routine. You can even program the tool with a number of basic commands and even use it to open applications by pressing a key combination. Turn your keyboard in to a quick tool for managing your tasks and routines.
