A plugin for some of the most popular image editors, Retoucher enables you to clean up old photographs. With it you can remove marks, tears, blemishes, stains, water spots, dust, scratches and much more.

Scan the photographs you wish to clean, and load them into a compatible image editor. It is then a simple case of highlighting the areas you wish to clean and clicking a button.

Retoucher can be used on any damaged area of a photograph, but there are certain areas and circumstances where the manufacturer recommends cleaning up manually, using such items as the Blur, Healing and Dodge brushes.

Several examples of how to restore a photograph are available on the manufacturer's website (see link at top of page).

The software is compatible with the following image editors: Photoshop (versions 5 to CS), Photoshop Elements, Corel PhotoPaint (version 12 upwards), Jasc Paint Shop Pro (version 6 upwards) and Ulead PhotoImpact (version 8 upwards).
