filezilla-grab.gifIt wasn't so long ago that a good FTP client would have been a useful tool for most Internet users. These FTP client have now become less relevant since the development of modern web browsers and because broadband provides more reliability and greater connection speeds. Most people who now use the Internet have probably not used an FTP client, or doesn't really need to, but they can come in useful if you regularly download files as well as provide an efficient way of quickly uploading data.

FileZilla 3.2.0 is a popular freeware FTP client that enables you to transfer files to and from the Internet. By using the client alongside your broadband connection, it's possible to administer a remote site or take advantage of any free homepage space to gets files online more efficiently.
