Commission a web designer to build you a site and half the cost will be based around the concept planning, design and Photoshopped mockup. Once approved, the design team will start working on the page templates that you will need to create your website. This is the standard industry norm, but it can cost a lot of money. Why? You can then resize these components, add additional functionality and much more. As it's an Adobe Air product you can download and use on your Windows, Mac or Linux operating systen, which means you can work on your desktop PC and then move across to your Mac laptop on the way back home.
