Eminem vs. Apple.... Round 2

Rapper Eminem and his publishing company sued Apple in 2004 to stop the company from using his song "Lose Yourself" in a commercial for the iTunes music store (the suit was settled and the song was later used in another iTunes commercial.)

Now, it appears as if Slim Shady once again wants to butt heads with Saint Stevie.
