Grab140_4 If you use Outlook to manage your meetings, to do tasks, your schedule and where you are going to be located during the day, you can often share this information with other users through our network. However, step out of the office and often you can't always connect and share your Outlook calendar information from home or another remote location. If you use your work calendar for tracking personal 'to do' items, you'll want to access these from home.

Google Calendar Sync 0.9.3 is a new and free official tool from Google that enables you to take your existing Outlook calendar and synchronise the information with your Google Calendar. You can choose to synchronise the information in both directions so if you update your Google Calendar the information is synchronised back to Outlook.
