calendar-grab.gifThere are certain desktop tools, once you start using them, it becomes difficult to imagine not using them again. They may not even be the most complex or even expensive but they may save you time, or help with day-to-day tasks. A calendar is one of those handy desktop tools that make it easy for you to quickly refer to, regarding meetings, appointments or deadlines. Calendars that are incorporated with your desktop make it even easier for you to quickly access.

Active Desktop Calendar 7.6 enables you to view appointments, daily tasks and other useful information. You can colour code particular items and even mark dates and add alarms to important notifications. You can  also share calendar information with colleagues on you local area network, without showing any private notes.
