Give yourself a clipboard for storing and reffering to data

The copy and paste function is something everyone uses, especially if you use a computer regularly. Text, graphics, pictures and spreadsheet data can all be copied but not all applications will paste data correctly, and some may not enable you to paste items directly into a document.
