The copy and paste function is something everyone uses, especially if you use a computer regularly. Text, graphics, pictures and spreadsheet data can all be copied but not all applications will paste data correctly, and some may not enable you to paste items directly into a document. A useful utility for storing copied data would be a clipboard tool, you can use these tools to gather text, images and other information you may need to refer to or use in a document at a later date.
