songbirdgrab.gifLooking online for a particular audio track or video clip is usually the easiest way of finding what you are looking for. The trouble is that sometimes these files can be compressed in many different ways and playing them using your default media player could prove difficult. If you download files from different sources you may find that you need several different players to listen to or view your newly downloaded files.

Songbird 1.1.1
is a free cross platform media player designed to work on Windows, Mac OS and Linux. The application enables you to manage your audio files ripped from CDs as well as stream video and audio and download various media files directly into your media library. Songbird also supports a number of useful add-ons.
