Repair a broken computer with System Rescue CD

Many computer users are required to deal with issues on a daily basis, many of these problems are minor but now and again something more serious may arise. Viral infection at its most serious may prevent your machine from booting correctly, if at all, which can not only prevent you from identifying the problem but it can also make it extremely difficult when trying to rectify it. System Rescue CD 1.1.7 is a freeware application that ships with a number of useful utilities on a bootable CD designed to repair Windows. It's basically a Linux system on a bootable CD so it doesn't require Windows to start and is still able to read files from the Windows hard disk. It will also access the Internet in an attempt to find answers to any problems your machine is experiencing.
