cd-grab.gifWhen extracting audio from CDs, many basic applications convert audio to mp3 alone, which is a bit limited if you'd like a choice of compression formats and rates. There are a number of different ways of compressing audio and if you're a keen music fan, you may be more particular on how audio is compressed. Although it may not be like listening to a CD, they are easier to manage and it's still possible to get reasonable audio quality from compressed files.

Easy CD-DA Extractor 12
enables you to extract audio from CDs whilst not restricting you to mp3 conversion. You can convert your music into almost any audio format available, so rather than just ripping and naming you music, you've got control over what your tracks sound like.
