If you want a stylish PC, there's no reason why you couldn't buy any Intel-based Mac, install the supplied Bootcamp (part of OS X) and run Windows natively on this Mac. You can switch back to OS X at any time, if you also like to use OS X. Problem is, if all your work, documents and other files are stored on your Windows partition, accessing and working with them through OS X isn't so straightforward.
