You may think that having a PC that's equipped with applications for every conceivable task may be a good idea, but the reality is that installing lots of different programs could eventually cause problems as they solve. When you install any application, data is submitted to your Windows Registry which may lead to applications automatically starting as your machine boots which not only makes booting slower, but once an application is uninstalled those problematic Registry entries may remain.
