autoruns-grab.gifInstalling a large number of different programs on you computer could, in some ways, cause more problems than they solve. During the installation of any new application, data is submitted to your Windows Registry which may lead to certain applications automatically starting when your machine boots. Not only does this make booting slower, but once an application is uninstalled, those problematic Registry entries may remain.

Autoruns 10
is a utility that enables a user can obtain a list of any applications that are launched as your PC boots. This list can then be used to identify and locate any files or folders that are related to installed applications, making it easier for you to disable or remove any unwanted items.
