BT has warned of a new security flaw that will have Monty Python fans screaming: 'Run away, run away!'
The Trojan 'rabbit' made an appearance in a licensing arrangement for some ADSL tweaking software released by BT.
The agreement says: "Although we have made all reasonable endeavours to check the Network Optimiser Software for contaminants, we make no representation or warranty as to the quality, functionality or freedom from error or contaminants (including viruses, worms, Trojan rabbits, or similar)."
The Trojan rabbit was spotted by SteveB on the ADSLguide forum.
He explained that he had no idea why he was reading the licence agreement for the software in such detail, but clearly someone at BT had not thought that anyone would bother.
"Someone's been watching too much Monty Python, methinks," said SteveB.
