Orange has unveiled several enhancements to its mobile plans for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), including unlimited calls to nominated landline numbers. The updates are available on Business Sense, Business Solo and Business SIM Only tariffs.
"SMBs have a close group of regular contacts, including suppliers, colleagues and customers, who are a vital part of their day-to-day business," said Martin Lyne, director of SMB operations at Orange UK.
Business Sense customers signing up to a two-year contract will get unlimited Orange to Orange calls and unlimited calls to 10 nominated landline numbers, as well as 1,000 texts per month or 1,000 minutes of international calls per month, all subject to a fair use policy. Customers can also choose the number of sharers, price and minutes for the plan.
Those committing to an 18-month or 24-month Business Solo plan will get more inclusive minutes and can choose from unlimited email with the BlackBerry Internet Service or unlimited landline calls as an extra benefit. Two-year customers will also get an extra 50 per cent's worth of bundled minutes, and those who buy direct from Orange will receive an extra 200 texts per month.
Business SIM Only, the company's 30-day rolling contract, is also getting an increase in its inclusive minutes, as well as unlimited Orange to Orange calls and unlimited calls to five nominated landline numbers, also subject to a fair use policy. This is aimed at small companies with flexible staffing requirements that do not want a long-term plan.
"We've also added a replacement service for faulty handsets, which aims to get a replacement phone to the customer within 24 hours for all business customers on our Business Sense and Business Solo plans ensuring there is absolutely no disruption to the running of their business," added Lyne.
