RoboPDF lets you convert almost any printable document (HTML, Word etc.) into a PDF in seconds.
Choose one of four different methods of creating PDFs: via the MS Office integration tools; the right-click menu in Explorer; within RoboPDF itself using the Open command; or drag-and-drop.
Setting the quality of the final PDF is simply a case of selecting from the pre-set choices: high, print or web. A custom mode lets you more accurately define image resolution and print dpi.
Watermarks can be added for security purposes, or stamps added for flagging a document (draft, approved etc.).
Password protection is included, and permissions can be set for end-users such as 'prevent printing', 'prevent editing' etc.
A PDF organiser is included which scans your hard drive(s) and lists all the PDFs it finds. They can be viewed, printed and emailed directly from here.
