Love it or hate it, Norton Internet Security is tried-and-tested software that’s used by millions of users worldwide, often pre-installed on a new PC. It’s a complete suite of security software, consisting of the software-based tools you’ll require to safeguard your computer whilst you browse the Internet. These tools include an anti-virus client, anti-spyware, firewall , anti-spam and more.
Improved Norton Safe Web technology blocks Internet threats before they can infect your PC. So you can browse, buy and bank online with confidence. It even warns you of unsafe web sites right in your search results. Plus, unlike other Internet security suites, it provides easy-to-understand threat and performance information to help you avoid future threats and keep your PC running fast.
This is the latest 2011 edition of Norton Internet Security with various improvements such as professional-level anti-spam filtering and much more.
Do you agree?
Beta 2009 trial period.
Under the scan bars is the statement: There are 12 days remaining on your subsctiption. What does this mean? I thought this trial period was through September 23, 2008?

NIS 2009
if ur already running norton it means the time u have left on ur present product and not NIS 2009,but if u install nis 2009 u will loose that 12 days,i have installed NIS 2009 and found it very good in different ways, one u can set all ur id sign-in and passwords into the safe security in nis 2009,and when u are in any website and u r on the norton safe site ur better protected, but one problem i havent had an answer to is NIS 2009 is for up to 3 pcs,but after using the chat to line to norton, the agent said it wont work with just one pc,but as yet i havent had any problems,i have also found that u can set up a quick scan time.

Speak English
Why can't Edgar Mills type his comments in English instead of text-speak. It's barely comprehensible - surely no-one is that lazy?
