Easy Web Builder is a little unusual because it uses Internet Explorer to create web pages.
There are plenty of excellent options to help you build your website. These include buttons that change their appearance when the mouse moves over them and 3D logos. One feature worthy of particular note is the Colour Scheme Generator. Enter a main colour for your site and it displays six colours that compliment it, including their reference numbers for web design.
Working in Internet Explorer has some limitations but the good templates make up for this.
