This is the software publisher's description.
Residual files, unused and undeleted drivers, and corrupt or bad entries in registry settings will quickly litter even the newest of computers. The result? Frequent error messages, slow start-ups, declining and poor performance and registry integrity, unstable and frequent application errors and crashes, and, at times, even an inability to start Windows.
RegistryBooster is the safest and most trusted solution to clean and optimise your system, free it from registry errors and fragmented entries. Through Advanced Error Detection Technology, RegistryBooster automatically identifies missing, corrupt, or invalid items in your Windows registry and dramatically enhances performance and general stability.
One mouse click and RegistryBooster does the rest. And, using RegistryBooster regularly keeps your PC free from errors and from obsolete, unused or unwanted files.
Note that the latest 2011 edition ships with much-improved faster Registry scanning, better scan results report and much more.
Do you agree?
I agree with the review
I bought the RegistryBooster 2009 online.
The scan showed over 200 problems with my slow Acer Portable TMC110 tablet running XP. I was cautious and removed about 50 problems at a time, to see what happens. There was steady improvement in speed until all problems were removed with no operating issues. I then defragged the registry. This is a good product.!

Very Capable Program
Tested the trial version. Very clean interface, well written with good explanations and help. It found several hundred errors, including the majority I was aware of and hoped would be discovered. Powerful enough that care in use is recommended. Trial version only fixes a very few errors, but it proves its value. Regrettably, I cannot afford to purchase the full version at present, but will put it on my wish list. I would say it is definitely worth purchase price.

Take care.
I paid for it and it messed up my registry so I had to uninstall it. It gave me two weeks of grief to try to get my system back to normal.
See my message on the forum.last June under homerq's post.

Annoying progress
I sometimes suffer blue screen crashes so downloaded and ran the trial version. As part of the scan process it tried to access the "A" drive which did not have a disc in it. Had to click "Cancel" multiple times before it got the message and moved on and completed the scan. It found ~2500 errors and fixed 15, but shortly after the pc suffered another blue screen crash so don't know if this was coincidence or caused by the partial Registry cleanup!

Uniblue Registrybooster Ver 4.7.1.1
As a customer of AVG grisoft, I was emailed the try this program
as a free package, I installed this version, after running this version, it informed me that I had some 200 faulty entries, got it to remove 14 that were free, on restarting my PC found that the hard drive had been trashed, THANKS VERY MUCH, do you
have any idea how much work is involved in the recovery of my data, I've had to buy another sata hard driver to be able to work with. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY.......
