The Best Yet
I have been using Firegraphic for my photos which has worked well untill I got my Fuji S3 and it will not handle the RAF files, I found Faststone by doing a search and I have not looked back as it does everything so well I do not think it can be beaten.
I hate the programs that make you import your photos into albums or folders that they want as I have my own system which works realy well for me.
Try Faststone I am sure you will like it.

Quite frankly, this is the best image viewer that I've used. Have they produced a Linux version?

Better than supplied with Camera
I found FastStone by chance and immediately ditched the photo software that came with my digital camera. FastStone seems to do everything I need and has a wonderfully simple interface - just move your cursor to each edge of the screen to get different menus.
