Photos: PsiXpda pocket computer

These pictures show the PsiXpda pocket computer, produced by a UK firm of the same name. The device, which weighs just 430g, runs Windows XP and has similar specifications to a netbook, but is smaller - about the size of a portable media player (PMP).

PsiXpda open - 1.jpgThis picture shows the device open, showing the Qwerty keypad with a USB memory stick in the shot to demonstrate scale. The 5in screen is touch sensitive, but there is also a trackpad built into the bezel on the right, and two mouse buttons on the left.

PsiXpda closed -1.jpgThe second photo shows the device closed up - the screen folds flat so that the PsixPda can be used like a miniature tablet, with input by either fingertip or a small supplied stylus similar to that of a smartphone.

PsiXpda battery -1.jpgMy final picture shows the underside of the PsiXpda, with the slim battery pack removed and the cover for the 3G modem module open showing a test Vodafone SIM partially inserted.

A full review of the PsiXpda will be posted to the main V3.co.uk site in the near future.
