Microsoft will face a couple of new intellectual property law suits as it enters 2010.
A US design company is taking Microsoft to court for calling its search engine Bing.
Microsoft launched Bing in May but only faced legal action from Bing! Information Design last week.
The design firm is prosecuting the Redmond giant because it argues it has faced a dent in sales during the last six months.
While the design company claims it has traded under its current name for seven years, official documents show it only filed the trademark after Microsoft had publically discussed its Bing plans.
The case follows Microsoft having to suspend its new China instant messaging service called Juku because a Canadian start-up called Plurk claims Juku had stolen its code.
