Eagle-eyed iPhone fans got a sneak peak at Vodafone's price tariffs for the much anticipated iPhone 4 this afternoon, although the network operator has since taken the page down claiming it was merely a "test page".

According to stills posted on Gadget Venue, prices start at £189 for the 16GB version and £280 for the 32GB version.

The cheapest tariff is a £25 per month 24-month contract one, which comes with 75 minutes, 250 texts and 1024MB of internet data allowance.

The handset will cost £189 if consumers choose opt for the 16GB version while the 32GB handset will cost £280, for the equivalent contract.

Consumers can get the 16GB handset for free if they commit to a £45 per month contract, while a 32GB handset will only be free if a £60 contract is signed, according to the page.

Vodafone was contacted by V3.co.uk and it refused to confirm or deny the prices. A spokeswoman said that the options were up on a "test site". This was confirmed on Vodafone's Twitter profile.
