The entire level of [logo] design is not to show off??? what you could do. It's not about bells and wh istles. It can be that type of contemplating that has quite a bit of present designers applying gradients on every layout factor as if that they had a little something to complete with v isual communication. The lion drawing does notneed any more pol ishing. From where I stand, It's at a stage where by it might ONLY be put to use or d iscarded. In case you feel it desires much more pol ishing ,that it will be too cartoony??? , or that you've got styl istic objections with the solution, then maybe you??? re within the unsuitable profession. You??? re complaining about something quite elementary to fashionable graphic layout. I've go through from a lot of the greats on the topic of design and I do believe I have a handle around the topic. It is not your deal with, I realize that. What I do notunderstand is your style philosophy. It can be famous that you believe Nike and Shell are terrific brands. Maybe you??? re an International Type zealot who thinks a grid will be the reply to each and every style challenge. Maybe that may be what you meant by pol ished? Or even you??? re into lots of pointless detail on the logo that could become no ise because it is shrunken down? I do notknow. My grammar is often wonderful, thank you for asking. It truly is my spelling that was off in several regions and for that, I apologize, but, you realize, if my grammar was anywhere close as horrible as you declare then you??? d have had a very difficult time comprehending what I wrote. There could be practically nothing so that you can react to. I do notknow about you, but it surely is challenging for me to acquire indignant at gibber ish primarily when I have no idea what it means.

If you're still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you'll know which is right for you.

(There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Posted by: north face jackets kids 24 Jan 2011

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.

If you're still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you'll know which is right for you.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

I just realized that Blimpie was noton the worst l ist. It really could be the absolute worst of 2009. Such a m issed option. And sometimes non-designers say they might do what we do - in th is case, having said that, they'd be proper.

As you take a look at it, what do you are feeling?I see a hell of a good deal of unplugged ethernet cables puking across my monitor.I think you meant to make use of the exact same description for both the 8 worst along with the amount a single new id

Even though I like the AOL layout I ca nothelp but criticize the lack of readability. As an unrecognizable new look that is really a enormous deviation from the original, I would have built the AOL letters in opposition to a unique background or in some way emphasize the A slightly additional.

How can the Nickelodeon logo be around the Greatest l ist but Bing be around the worst l ist? It will be like looking at the exact same point, one particular is skinny along with the other is fats. And I realize th is is nostalgia talking, however the new Nick logo is just poor. From the perfect l ist, I'd have put the NY Library nearer towards the top. It really is a stand out mark that is just sharp.

Very well, not to repeat the hating on aol, but th is is most likely essentially the most d isappointing l ist thus far. On the two sides. How can El Banco Deuno and aol be on the most effective l ist, and then bash artwork directors club? I really did nothave a problem with that redesign, plus the collateral was looking quite superior. You realize what must have been to the l ist for worst logos? New York Philharmonic logo. My hatred of that logo burns in my chest to th is day. The name in the designer behind that logo would be the only motive for any of its accomplishment. The best l ist the 12 months is pretty mediocre for me.I like Mary Shu is remark about her selections for the very best l ist a bit improved.

These credit cards are extremely dangerous to teenagers who have no experience in the real world. They think they can charge now and pay later, but when the time comes, they either have no money, or don't want to throw away their money on bills but on normal things like going out and having fun. Then when they realize they need, they're in denial making it even worse and destroying their credit scores completely.

Do people ever ask themselves why this type of financial problem is so commonplace these days? Debt? These banks, credit card companies, insurance, debt counseling agencies, debt reduction agencies and credit reporting agencies all operate this giant financial cartel. Their goal is to get people in debt and then profit handsomely from all the debt they pile upon you. There is no escape from this cartel, except through bankruptcy. This powerful cartel even had the bankruptcy loopholes closed off for most debtors back in 2006.Soon there will be no escape. We will all end up being slaves to this giant financial cartel. It doesn't matter if don't carry any personal debt. You will end up being a slave to this giant and powerful cartel.

Thanks a lot with regard to finding the time and expending your effort to provide your readers with a 1st class blog post. I expect to be reading alot more of your work, once more thank you. Angy
