Entertain your friends and family with this rather terrifying animatronic Sir Alan Sugar. For £39 you can order your very own message personally recorded by the man himself, along with 20 other famous catchphrases from the BBC2 show 'The Apprentice' which come pre-loaded.
At the end of his speech, a rather comical hand pops out and announces 'You're fired', which is bound to have everyone in stitches, although we think this might lose its appeal after a while.
This is enough to scare anybody out of a boardroom - get yours from the Amstrad website.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

Sorry for the huge review, but I'm really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it's the right choice for you.

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

Count me as an additional human being surpr ised you did notinclude pepsi to the ??worst??? l ist and even acknowledge their redesign.Other precise comments. The brand new Pfizer logo looks sloppy and careless to me. The blue clearspace about the wordmark is uneven. I just like the concept, however the execution is lousy. The aged a person is tighter.I do notunderstand what you like superior about the new Guitar Hero logo. The adverse room in between the letters helps make it almost difficult to read for me.As for El Banco Deuno, I do notget it in any respect. The line breaks appear entirely jarring to me and remind me of a logo I did for my s ister is line of crafts when I was about 15 (it was the word pollywogs??? on two lines, with a hyphen?- ugh).Ultimately, I'd enjoy to see your l ist of Identities that are in desperate require of a redesign. My #1 pick would be Verizon.

Nicely, you??? ve convinced me?- that graphic layout is pseudo-science rulled by whims. The very best selections are almost ind istingu ishable fromthe Worst, plus the rationales are pathetic, and punctured just as conveniently by other snide, arbitrary standards.

Syfy hate it or not it is a a top quality typeface remedy.. the NYPL logo is wonderful, and I dig the the brand new pfizer mark. AOL is left to be seen as to if it is the ideal mark. I consider one particular or two from the worst marks from the year had been notnearly that poor. I d isagree with Kraft I kinda dig that and msn.

Posted by: windows 7 sale 13 Jan 2011

How can the Nickelodeon logo be on the Best l ist but Bing be on the worst l ist? It really is like looking in the similar thing, a person is skinny and the other is fats. And I understand th is is nostalgia talking, however the new Nick logo is just poor. From the perfect l ist, I would have set the NY Library closer on the best. It can be a stand out mark that is just sharp.

The entire stage of [logo] design is just not to show off??? what you are able to do. It's not about bells and wh istles. It truly is that kind of contemplating that has a great deal of latest designers applying gradients on just about every style factor as if they had some thing to accomplish with v isual communication. The lion drawing does notneed any more pol ishing. From where by I stand, It really is at a point where by it could possibly ONLY be applied or d iscarded. Should you consider it needs a lot more pol ishing ,that it will be too cartoony??? , or you have styl istic objections together with the answer, then maybe you??? re within the mistaken profession. You??? re complaining about a little something extremely fundamental to modern-day graphic design. I have study from a lot of the greats to the subject of layout and I do imagine I've a deal with to the subject. It's not your cope with, I realize that. What I do notunderstand is your design philosophy. It's famous you think Nike and Shell are good manufacturers. Maybe you??? re an Global Style zealot who thinks a grid is a answer to each and every style dilemma. Maybe which is what you meant by pol ished? Or even you??? re into plenty of pointless detail on a logo that can turn into no ise since it is shrunken down? I do notknow. My grammar is usually fine, thank you for asking. It really is my spelling that was off in various locations and for that, I apologize, but, you realize, if my grammar was anyplace close to as horrible as you claim then you??? d have had a really hard time comprehending what I wrote. There can be absolutely nothing for you to react to. I do notknow about you, nonetheless it is tough for me to acquire indignant at gibber ish specifically when I've no concept what it means.
