For all its fuzziness, service oriented architectures (SOAs) will excel in letting employees make changes and configure new applications without touching a single line of code.

The beauty of SOA lies in the fact that SOAs will hide all the complexity from the end user, even though the actual application crosses multiple physical servers and applications.
