Well, according to the latest Happiness at Work survey by recruitment firm Badenoch & Clark, it’s depression. IT staff came second top in the unhappiness rankings with 25 per cent saying they are miserable at work – a whopping four per cent above the national average, but still four per cent behind HR professionals.
