We don't recommend you install more than one anti-spyware packages, but you could see which tool you prefer for your system.

Panda AntiVirus + Firewall 2007 has recently been upgraded to work with Windows Vista, whilst Panda Anti-Rootkit 1.06 will look for and eliminate rootkit technology from your system. Other highlights include WinPatrol 2007.3 and Arovax AntiSpyware 2.0.113.
