junky-weave.gifWe've mentioned previously that Mozilla were working on their own bookmarks synchronisation tool for Firefox 3 users. This has resulted in Google ceasing development of their Browser Sync Firefox extension as, quite frankly, the Mozilla Weave extension is far superior. With Weave, you can synchronise bookmarks, passwords, browsing history and even half-filled registration forms. This means you can have the same information shared across your various Firefox 3-based browsers, irrespective of location or operating system.

Mozilla Weave 0.2.2 is now available and this has has a major overhaul, making it easier for end users to set up the Firefox extension. However, if you previously had Weave 0.1.x installed on your system, then you'll need to set up another new Weave account in order to install Weave 0.2.x on your machine.
