Obviously it's not a great idea to use the same or similar passwords across the net. We tend to use different passwords for each online account; the trouble is trying to remember several passwords. It is possible to remember two or three passwords that are used on a more regular basis but remembering others that are used infrequently can be more difficult. Writing them down isn't very secure and neither is storing them within your PC because if someone has access to your machine, they have access to far more sensitive data.
