Most of us do not need to backup an entire partition or drive. As long as we keep our most important documents, files, media and other components backed up, we can quickly restore this data if we move to another computer or need to re-install Windows, at a later date. For instance, when I move across to a new machine, I make sure my documents, key data files and fonts are stored elsewhere as there are surprisingly few files required to maintain a work PC.
