Use a different wallpaper across multiple monitors with DisplayFusion

junky_displayfusion.jpgNow you can pick up another 20" LCD monitor for a couple of hundred pounds, more of us are turning to use a dual-monitor setup to help our productivity. Two monitors enable you to open and use one key application, full-screen, on both displays. As a web designer, you could have Dreamweaver open on one screen and Fireworks on the other. Problem is that we also want to configure each desktop so they are easily distinguishable. With Windows, you can only have one wallpaper per desktop, irrespective if you have more than one monitor.

DisplayFusion 2.2.1 is the free version of the wallpaper manager which will enable you to stretch a wallpaper across two desktops or one per desktop. The Pro version will allow you to stream images from Flickr as well as randomly change each wallpaper.
