Take a look at most modern websites and they are made up of advanced CSS (cascading style sheets) that are beyond the comprehension of most web users. CSS enables you to define particular styles and then apply those styles to particular areas across your website. Coding up a CSS isn't something you'll want to do using Notepad or a Notepad replacement. You'd be better using a dedicated tool.
