People do not like change, so there's still many users out there who are still using old browsers to surf the Internet. There are good reasons for this. People have their bookmarks nicely sorted and do not want to take the risk on moving them across to the new browser. Also, for most people, they do not see the benefits of an upgrade. It's a web browser. How different can the web appear between Firefox 2 and the more recent Firefox 3?

Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.20 was made available yesterday and it's now the last version of the v2.x range that will be supported by Mozilla. This means if you do not upgrade and use the more recent Firefox 3 will be the only web browser updated and supported by Mozilla and any holes or security issues with the old v2.x will not be resolved.
