If you use a computer on a daily basis it's important to maintain a certain level of organisation, especially as hard drives continue to increase in capacity.  It's not only larger drives that make it harder to keep files and folders organised but file transfer via portable devices can also contribute to the disorganisation. Not only does a cluttered drive make searching for items difficult but it could potentially lead to more serious problems such as slow start up times and other erratic system behaviour.

UltraDefrag 2.1 is an opensource defragmentation tool that enables users to easily maintain a healthy drive. The application could help prevent crashes, slowdowns and, in more severe cases, system failure. The interface is basic but the application features all the necessary components for effective defragmentation.
