Task Coach 0.72.9 is a single-user application that enables users to manage both individual and multiple tasks. It's a cross-platform application so it can be used with Windows, Mac OS and Linux. Unfortunately the application only supports single users but the developer intends to migrate the tool so that this information can be shared.
