Most computer users have to deal with some sort of issue every so often and although many of these problems are fairly minor, now and again something more serious may arise. System Rescue CD 1.3 is a collection of utilities on a bootable CD designed to repair Windows when disaster strikes. It's basically a Linux system on a bootable CD so it doesn't require Windows to start and is still able to read files from the Windows hard disk. It will also access the Internet in an attempt to find answers to any problems your machine is experiencing.
