<p>I cannot get membership at the store.I only got a confirmation that I was subscribed to the store newsletter.</p> <p>I cannot log in as I do not have membership.Therefore the download is not available.</p> <p>If I fill in a form for an account I expect to get the full deal. <p>I had the same problem as Lisa, it would not download and my security software was not an issue... very disappointed. I finally downloaded the freeware version at LavaSoft.</p> <p>V3.co.uk Reply: Remember this is a FREE offer and you're one of many thousands who are trying to download. Try downloading again now. It might just be that the servers were very busy when you tried, yestederday.</p>

<p>I am also having the same problem as Scott.</p> <p>I am using Windows Vista with McAfee Antivirus,<br /> Windows Defender and Internet Explorer 8.</p> <p>I created a store account, clicked on the download link and redirects me to the store. </p> <p>V3.co.uk Reply: Have you tried using Firefox or simply right-clicking the download link and pasting this as a web URL in your browser? Our assumption would be that this is your security software stopping the server from allocating you a download.</p>

<p>I can't get the download at all. I registered at the store like it asks. I click on download and it takes me back to the store. It is on a vicious loop for some reason?!!!</p> <p>V3.co.uk Reply: what security software are you using? We're using a system that allocates you to the best server. I'm assuming your security software doesn't like this system and prevents the server re-direction. Can you check this?</p>

<p>No, it's say's License- Free and Expires- Never! That's the free version. Can't enble the ad-watch or anything else. It's all grayed out! </p> <p>V3.co.uk Reply: We've raised this issue with Lavasoft. They think it's a problem with users having the 'Free' version installed previously. They are going to look in to this on Monday and will come up with a solution. Can you remind us Monday, please?</p>
